- COVAL's multi-stage vacuum pumps CMSHD_SVX / VVX combine performance, robustness, modularity and communication.
Equipped with a multi-stage venturi system, the CMSHD_SVX / VVX vacuum pumps ensure powerful suction flows and high performance/efficiency/consumption ratio, promoting important energy savings.
Every element of CMS HD vacuum pumps has been designed and tested to adapt to harsh environments. The pumps are IP65 and guaranteed 50 million cycles.
Due to their modular design, it is possible to intervene on each element of the pumps CMSHD_SVX / VVX.
The CMS HD_SVX / VVX vacuum pumps have vacuum and blowing control functions and are equipped with a vacuum switch and a pressure sensor.
The IO-Link system provides efficient real-time communication between CMSHD__VX_ multi-stage vacuum pumps and any higher-level protocol (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc.) required to monitor the production line.
- Option
- As an option, the CMS HD_SVX / VVX can be equipped with a remote HMI allowing high-visibility colour display, with explicit multi-language messages and simplified parameter setting menu.
The NFC wireless technology integrated in remote HMI and in the COVAL Vacuum Manager application makes all setup and diagnostic functions available and modifiable on your mobile devices.
